Over the last couple years I have had the pleasure of getting to know this beautiful mom and her sweet little girl and boy. When I was asked to photograph them I was flattered and excited! We did the shoot at La Brea Tar Pits/LACMA which always has so many wonderful location options. It is great for kids so we can keep moving around and they don’t get bored. I adore the photos we took and these are some of my favorites from the shoot:
Last holiday season (I am still playing catch up on my blog posts) I photographed this sweet family of four for mom’s birthday and their holiday card. It was a quick shoot and it was the first time I had a family in all black and white clothing….great idea! The tent made for a colorful and playful background and we had a really fun shoot. Here they are!
Once again I was given the opportunity to photograph Paige Lauren’s beautiful baby clothing line. We did the summer collection at the beach. We gave the images a vintage feel, which paired perfectly with their bright summer palate. The baby models could not have been cuter and I love the photos we captured. I photographed these handsome boys at their home just before Father’s Day. They welcomed me with smiles and took turns in their gorgeous rooms with a mix of smiles for the camera and boys being boys together. We ended with pictures of them playing hockey in the yard on their amazing hockey rink! This pair could not have been kinder to one another and were so easy to capture. This was my third shoot with this amazing family. The first shoot was when their precious little girl was just a baby, the second shoot was done when they were building their new home and this shoot was in their new home! It is so cool to photograph families over time and watch the children grow before my eyes. This time the kids were so grown up, enthusiastic and energetic. It was wonderful to see how they have matured yet still had the sweet innocence that only a child can have. All-in-all it was a wonderful shoot. Here they are:
I have had the pleasure of watching these sweet boys grow before my eyes over the years. Our first session together was when their oldest son was just four months old, one of the first baby shoots of my career. From moving homes to welcoming family members, I have been lucky enough to capture their special family moments. For this shoot, we went to a local park and let the boys be boys. Maya and Jonah were full of smiles during our session at their home. It started with the kids, then we did family photos and finished with a first birthday cake smash for little Jonah! I had also done Maya’s cake smash when she turned one! We had a great time shooting at home and on a walk down the street. Here are some favorites!
A year ago I met and photographed this lovely family, first we did a maternity shoot and then we had the newborn session. Well, I was thrilled to see them again and see how Xavier has grown! He was so sweet with big gorgeous brown eyes and a wonderful smile. We started at their home and then went to the park. We took many wonderful photos, here are my selects from their shoot:

I recently met a darling little girl named Caroline. She and her parents came to town from New York and scheduled a shoot while visiting their family in LA. Caroline was such a doll, full of smiles and a sweet demeanor. Her little outfits were darling and her family was a pleasure to get to know. All in all this was a great shoot and we took so many wonderful photos. Here are a handful of my favorite images:

Harrison was a darling soon-to-be one year old when we did the family photo shoot. He had just started walking the week of the shoot and was experiencing the world in a new and exciting way. We held the session at a beautiful Beverly Hills Park late in the afternoon which served as the perfect backdrop for our summer session. This family was warm and welcoming and it was a really nice afternoon. Here are my favorite images of the day:
