It’s no secret that I absolutely love photographing newborn babies. I really enjoy going to people’s homes, often places I have never been to explore new ideas and get creative. I especially love when people come to me with ideas they have seen or personal items they want to incorporate because it gets me outside of my creative “box” to try something new. And often the ideas I go into a shoot with to serve as inspiration can lead to something so much better than I had hoped for! Here is a series of photos I did for a family who had just welcomed their little girl into their family. They had a few ideas going in and I was so excited to see them come to life! And the basket photos at the end with the floral wallpaper were a complete surprise as I saw the wall in their bathroom and HAD to use it! So many fun and creative photos came from this session, here are just a handful:
