How to dress for a family photography session is very personal and should speak to your unique style. While it is nice to coordinate and not clash, I do not like to dictate what to wear. Sometimes families dress in casual attire, while other times they get dressed up. These photos are ultimately yours to treasure, so I want my clients to dress as a reflection of who they are and what they love. Clothing can give confidence, comfort and style, all wonderful additions to family pictures. This family dressed so beautifully for their photo shoot, I absolutely love the color palate and sharp style they conveyed. I love even more that they were open to running around and playing even when dressed to the nines. To me, that is something special.
