My amazing friend started a company called Platefit, a unique fitness experience, which is all the rage here in Los Angeles. It is a modern style workout using high intensity interval training done on individual Power Plates. During the holidays she joined my holiday mini session day at UCLA to get family photos taken, and then finished up with a handful of fitness photos for her company. I really love the pictures we took and really admire this strong and motivated mama for starting such an awesome fitness company. She is hard working and has a heart of gold.
